Sorry, forgot to weigh in yesterday. Somehow I'm having problems keeping my days straight this week. But since school started today, I'll do a much better job of knowing what day it is.0 -
Weigh days: 8/2 = 156lbs
8/9 = 154.5lbs
8/16 = 154lbs (but that was before going to the loo - will say no more than that!)
Not exactly stunning progress but roughly on target. Still having one fast day a week-well, more 'skipping lunch' than fasting, but it does kick-start things a bit.
Onwards and upwards (or should that be downwards?)

I passed my original goal weight!!!! When I started this a year ago I wasn't sure I would even be able to get to 160lbs but now here I am trying for 145lbs. Also my Navy (reason I started losing weight) appointment is on Monday to see if this is the path I want to take to change my life/career so I am pretty excited about that too!0
