I like to make Sausage and Peppers in mine.

1 package turkey sausages (5 links)
    2 green bell peppers, sliced
    1 red bell pepper, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    3 cloves, minced
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    Italian seasoning

Put sausages in the bottom of the crock pot. Add the peppers, onion, garlic and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with seasoning. Cook on low for 6 - 7 hours. You can serve it over noodles or rice, or just eat it without.

You can add more vegetables to this, too. I've added slices of zucchini.

    Also Easy Crockpot Chicken Tacos

    4 bonless/skinless chicken breasts
    1 packet low sodium
    1 jar salsa (your choice)

Let it cook until you it can be shredded.

I put it on a whole grain tortilla and sprinkle a little cheese on it. Delicious!!

Undoubtedly the best chicken tacos you'll ever have are made in a crockpot.

You'll need 1 or 2 lbs of chicken (I used thighs; they're cheaper), 1 jar of salsa and a packet of taco seasoning. Dump all three ing. into crockpot. Stir, if you're into that sort of thing. And then set your timer to low. You can do this with frozen or thawed chicken.

    Here's the original recipe: http://mychocolatetherapy.blogspot.com/2012/01/crockpot-chicken-tacos.html

I dare you not to stand over the crockpot, eating it straight outta-the-pot with a fork!!

These are amazing!!!!! And soooooooo simple!!!

I love my crock pot-use it all the time but here is a new recipe I just got

    A roast and 4 packs
A roast (beef, pork or even a whole chicken)
2 envelopes of instant gravy-(again beef, pork, chicken-mushroom may be good also)
    1 package dry italian dressing
    1 package dry ranch
    2-3 cups water
Put roast in crock sprinkle dry ingrediants-pour water over all-cover cook on low 8 hours-yummy and not to high in calories.

I make what I call "White trash BBQ".... it is actually a former WW receipe...

Four frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup of ketchup
1 can of Coke/ Pepsi (leaded... not diet)

Chick in the crock pot. Dump the soda in, dump the ketchup in... you can stir a little if it makes you feel better.

Low for 8-9 hours. A half hour before you serve mix it all up.

    Seriously yum.

Loved it!   So did my family and co-workers. I brought in my left-overs today. :o) Soooo easy and so good!

I got a similar recipe from this site but I also add in a can of fiesta nacho cheese soup by Campbells. It's good!!
