    I have a question...I have lost 40 pounds since Oct 2011 without exercising. Now that I am walking on treadmill 2 miles 5 days a week the scale is going up. Should I be concerned?

    You look AMAZING! and we have very similar journeys (I'm a little behind though, heh) I too am 5' 9, pear shaped and I am about 205-210 now (water weight is giving me a bad scale reading). I would also LOVE to be around 160, thinking about 150, my high school weight. Very inspiring to hear your story! Thank you so much for sharing!

    I'm just an inch taller than you at 5' 10" and I also started at 225 (in June 2012). I'm halfway to my goal of 173 pounds so your photos have helped me visualize my future. At twice your age I doubt very much I'll be rocking a two piece like you, but I'll certainly give it a try.
