I sadly must remove my pledge for the month of August. My back has been in a lot of pain and I have not been able to exercise much at all. I am moving but at a very slow pace. Even the turtles are faster then I am right now Hope to be back next month.0

Despite my moaning for people who quit and my ungrateful role as a stern taskmaster, I have to say that August is another excellent challenge month: We've accumulated over 7,000 miles, 10 people have made their goals already, 18 have moved over 100 miles (4 of which over 200 miles !!). Wtg guys :drinker:
