I have "only lost" ..... (Insert pounds here) BUT!

So many of us have a bad habit of saying, I have only lost 5lbs, 10lbs, 20lbs etc etc when we haven't hit our goal yet. I'm guilty of it too! So I was thinking we could encourage each other by playing a bit of a game and at the same time, remind ourselves of how far we have really come! Share your Successes behind your Success!
I'll start:
I have only lost 52lbs, but I......
Am now a size 10 INSTEAD of a size 20!
Can now wear Medium tops instead of 2X!
Can run for several minutes straight, when before I would get winded walking upstairs!
Can see my toes instead of my belly!
Can feel my hip bones! (Who knew I even had them?!)
Most Importantly --- I can trust myself to do what is healthy for me, but also not beat myself up if I don't always stick to the plan!

I have only lost 62lbs but I......
Am now a size 8 INSTEAD of a size 16! i
I am smaller and better shape than I was in High School and I was on the field hockey, basketball, track and town soccer teams.
Can now wear Medium tops instead of XL
Can run a 5k and will be running my third this weekend
I am getting sick of the compliments
I am on maintenance and it is the first time in my that I don't want to lose weight.
People call me skinny-That has never happened
I had to give away clothes that I only got a chance to wear a few times.
Most Importantly --- I can trust myself to do what is healthy for me, but also not beat myself up if I don't always stick to the plan!=ditto0 -
I have only lost 30 pounds but.....
Now I take my lunch to work
Now I know how to eat what I love in moderation
Now I can say no to certain foods and really mean it
Now I can walk up 7 flights of stairs and catch my breath faster
Now I can look on the bright side of these
Now I don't get hung up on the number on the scale that just won't move. I know that if I keep the good fight I will break thru it0 -
I have only lost 116lbs, but I......
Am now a size 3/4 INSTEAD of a size 18/20!
Can now wear Medium/small tops instead of 2X!
Can do 60 real manly push-ups rather then 2 or 3 girly push-ups.
Can sit in the bath tub and not feel like there is more of me in the tub then water.
Can see how beautiful I really am without all the fat on me.
Most Importantly --- I have fallen in love with being myself and I have done something that so many people only want to do. I may have 15 more pounds to go, but I'm smaller now then I have ever been and I feel amazing!0 -

I've only lost 85 lbs but:
I'm in a great size jeans
I have muscle definition
I'm comfortable in my own skin!
I'm the at the smallest, fittest, I've ever been in my adult life0 -
I have only lost 16 pounds but....
I'm gaining more confidence
My pants fit better
I'm WAY more in shape than I was 3 months ago, or pretty much ever
I ran for 20 minutes non-stop on my elliptical tonight, which may seem like not much to most people, but to me that's HUGE being so overweight and having asthma
I'm making healthier choices all around0 -

I can now run up a flight of stairs and not feel winded
I can say "No" to fast food (and really mean it)
I can fit into brand new clothes that I bought 5+ years ago
I can see my collar bone!0 -

Take a hard look in the mirror girl. May take awhile for YOU to see it though. If you haven't noticed anything yet, give it another 5lbs and you probably will.0 -
74 pounds... but...
now I can ride 20 miles on a bicycle
I can walk a few miles and not be winded
I'm not completely out of breath walking up a flight of stairs
I don't sweat as much
I sleep much better
I'm nearly out of the plus size department
My hair and nails grow faster and stronger from eating better
My sex is the best it's ever been
I am officially the least I have ever weighed as an adult0 -

I did that in my first fully focused month (make that re-focused, cuz I've been yo-yoing my way up for a few years now...)
I am back in large tops instead of XL.
My pants are getting loose in the waist and thighs.
I am excercising when ever I can (running, Zumba, Body sculpt, and family fun activities
And.. for the first time ever, my husband is joining me in some of the above activites.0 -

but my *kitten* looks FABULOUS in the size 10 jeans instead of the 16
my feet actually got smaller ( a whole dang size, still hard to find cute 10's ut alot easier than 11's)
i know what my body needs to function at its best,
i feel like i belong when i go to the gym, not like people are staring at me0 -

Now wear a size 16 instead of a 24.
Can feel proud of myself everytime I look in the mirror.
Am the happiest I have ever been even though I am not the thinnest.

I burned 15 pounds and went from a size 8 to a size 2. Say, "I burned fat" - not lost. If you lose something you will find it.
And give away your old, big clothes so you have no excuse to fit back in them. Keep up the good work.0 -

I want to workout on my lunch break
I want to run when my kids are with my mom
I changed my diary to the food groups so I can eat healthier
I don't like fast food so much
My portion sizes are smaller
I know more about fitness
I have wrist bones
I have ankle bones
I feel abs even if I can't see them yet
My pjs are falling off all by themselves
I have run 3 5ks - one in under an hour!0 -

I can easily ride my bike for 2-3 hours a day.
I don't suffer from crushing fatigue anymore. 7-8 hours a night is plenty!
My mind is clear.
My mood is bright and cheerful.

I have only lost 12 pounds, but:
I have gone from a size 8 to a size 4/6 (4 in shorts and skirts, 6 in pants because of thighs).
I can, and have, run a 5k. Going to run 2 more in October.
Have gotten a little better with portion control.
Don't even miss major fast food restaurants!0 -

My jeans don't squeeze my belly fat as much
I barely recognize my thighs since they don't eat up my pants anymore
I have experienced a runner's high and have CHASED it
My preference for candy bars, chips and soda have changed to apples, cucumbers and water
I can feel my new strength in crazy ways - the effort I DON'T have to use to open a heavy door, the crates of charts I can lift without struggle, the fact that I can sprint a short distance without being winded when before I could barely trot for more than a few seconds.

My feet got smaller too! Lost 145 pounds and dropped from a size 12 to either a 10 or sometimes even a 9.0 -

I eat the same... My clothes are the same fit... and I still sleep most of the day or play video games. The only thing that has changed is I exercise a little bit more. I don't understand why I haven't lost any size in dress pants.0 -

I went from a size 18 to a size 14. I was wearing a 2x, then xl. now i am in a large. I lost about thirty lbs. i gained confidence and assurance that I can and will lose the rest of the unwanted lbs.0
