I've made these before and they are very good.. BUT

They do not taste like french fries.. they are green beans and taste like green beans.
Potatoes taste like french fries.

That's what I was guessing... to me that would mean ketchup would be gross on them.

I fashion a beetroot into a large 'steak' shape then put it in the oven to compliment the green beans for a delicious meal of steak and chips! You can't tell the difference!
