I am trying to cut down on carbs and I love tuna... What can I do with it besides eat it out of the can? lol
I don't want to put it in pasta because of the carbs, or eat it on bread because of the carbs... Blah Help!

Chop up some celery and toss it in, mix it up. Get some lettuce and use it as a 'wrap'. It's reaalllyyy tasty.0

It might sounds weird, but it's yummy........
I mix extra virgin olive oil and an acid (lime juice, lemon juice, vinegar) to make a vinegrette. Add chopped chilantro, diced tomatoes, and whatever else sounds good to you. A touch of salt and pepper.
I like it plain, on bread, on a wrap, etc.0 -
tomatoes , black pepper , cumin , and olive oil
if not then a tablespoon of sweet sauce0 -
I mix it in a bowl with Oil and Vinegar (Newmans is my favorite) and add whatever I may have on hand. Generally, diced avocado, shredded Parmesan, purple onion, celery, peppers, etc. If I have lettuce on hand I may wrap in Romaine leaves.0

curry tuna salad!
Ingredients:
1 can of tuna
1/4 cup of hummus [instead of mayo!]
curry seasoning [yellow - or you could use garam masala]
it's around 220 calories and 30g protein
really delicious with a lettuce leaf wrap.0 -
