This is like a Twilight Zone where I've woken up in a world without irony or sarcasm.

    No friends! No forums! But...WTF is a spatchcock?

A method of butterflying poultry, by cutting out the backbone. Try it. It cooks more evenly that way.

    Wow, I gotta try this.

I think the best exercise for toning arms is Spatchcocking.

Thanks a lot. You actually derived value from this useless thread, thereby ruining it

I've gotten some good advice and encouragement from the forums, but to each her own. I think it's a good thing that they're available for people who want/need them.

Then why are you posting in the forums?

It's an open forum, have you seen how many pointless threads are on here. If it offends you sorry, but your opinion is still welcome. That's what public forum's are for, with acception to the trolls that even find there way on here!! (not meaning you)
HAHAHAHA... I also don't want to lose weight, so I'm logging my foods. Should I eat my exercise calories?!?!

I love the forums. I wouldn't have met a lot of my friends without them. Hell, I probably wouldn't even be here.
