I just made this was delicious.
The calorie count is something you need to do for yourself by weighing your ingredients when making it.
My whole thing worked out at 737 calories total.
4 Eggs (British Lion large) 298 grams
spinach 80g
spring onion 82 grams
medium grated cheddar 54 grams
asparagus 31 grams
button mushrooms 50 grams
i used one cal olive oil spray (4 sprays)
tastes delicious
May have it with a few rashers of turkey bacon for brekkie tomorrow0 -
also 4 eggs and 1/2 c milk have way more calories thant that - WHAT AM I MISSING HERE???
It depends on the size or weight of your eggs.
4 eggs for me was 298 grams, the whole total (see above) came to 737 calories0 -
Bump for later.0

This is how we figured the amounts I came up with....
Mushroom Spinach Crustless Quiche
Serves 4 Large Portions
Ingredients: Cal Fat Sod Carb Sugar Protein
Spinach 1/2cup 3 0 12 1 0 0
Sliced Mushrooms 1/2cup 10 0 8 1 0 1
Laughing Cow Swiss 2 wedges 70 3 420 2 2 4
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1Tbs 120 14 0 0 0 0
Large Eggs 4 eggs 280 20 280 2 0 25
Total 483 37 720 6 2 30
Total per serving 121 9 180 2 1 8
Since it is not working out like I would like it.... first number is calorie, 2nd fat, 3rd sodium, 4th carb, 5th sugar, and last protein.0 -
Wife made this for me Sat. Loved it...0

I just made this quiche and it was great, I entered all the ingredients separately and it was only 115 calories for a quarter of it. I used a 1/2 cup of Unsweetened Almond milk which is 40 calories per cup0
