                    Hey, all, I was just wondering what supplements do you guys take or recommend? Right now I'm just taking a daily multivitamin (when I can remember). Every now and then, if I have any swelling, I take potassium, and it usually helps. If I have a migraine, I take magnesium...If I have a cold, I take chewable vitamin C and L-Lysine...If I'm having an issue with yeast, I take garlic etc...but what supplements do you all take daily? Just wondering. Thanks!

            I just take a daily multivitamin/multimineral (nutrilite brand) and three capsules of fish oil every day. I've been thinking about adding something else, but can't decide! Haha. But those two things seem to work well for me.0

            I take calcium chews every day (they taste like Tootsie Rolls, but have 50% of your daily calcium value). On odd days, I take an iron supplement and a niacin tablet, and on even days I take a multivitamin.0

            I avidly take Herbalife supplements. Definitely the multi-vitamin and the cell activator (keeps the villi in the cells clean so you have better absorption) I add flaxseed to everything I can and chia when I can get it. ( its really expensive for chia seed here in PA)
 If you want more information on what I take or if I can help you, friend me here and I can tell/show you more.0

            I take Vitamin D3, fish oil (when I'm out, I'm changing to flax - for now, I freeze them to keep them from making me nauseated), and CoEnzyme Q10. All mine were recommended by my doctor.0

            Basic multi vitamin, 3G fish oil, vit D, and an adaptogen like cordyceps or Ashwaganda
 All pretty much from Nature Made BECAUSE they voluntarily submit their products to the USP for independant verification of ingredients.0

            I drink Shakeology as a meal supplement or a snack depending on my current workout schedule. I have been using the product for about a year and a half. The ingredients are all natural and complete nutritionally so, no need to add to it. I also use Energy and Endurance prior to workouts and Results and Recovery post workouts. I know that I sound like a commercial but, I have lost 40 lbs. over the last year and a half and at 41 feel better than I have ever felt post High School athletics. There is my two cents and if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask!0

            Mainly because of my age I just take a bone strength supplement and a joint supplement and some sports vitamins are added to both of those. Other than that I like vitamin C powder mixed with water and my sports Emergen-C electrolyte supplement every morning. Then more electrolyte mix after a long workout. Oh and I like creatine and L-glutamine.0

            When I can remember:
 Biotin
 Woman's Multivitamin
 Fish Oil/Omega 3s
 Probiotic
 Ginko Biolba
 St. Johns Wort0

            Vit c, cod liver oil, calcium daily
 If either me or my oh have any kind of stomach/digestive problems no matter the cause I reccomend activated charcoal tablets
 When himself bruised his gut after being headbutted in the stomach by a bullock he was in agony for weeks, vomiting with pain etc
 I gave him activated charcoal tablets and they really helped relieve any digestive discomfort he had as a result of the bruising0

            I take:
 Multivitamin/mineral;
 Garlic;
 Probiotic;
 Omega 3-6-9 oil capsule;
 Glucosamine;
 B complex (I would have thought there was enough in the multi vit but I really feel the difference when I take/stop taking it);
 Chromium (trying it again for PCOS).
 My partner and my dad have had a nasty cold recently that lasted a couple of weeks, I'm sure it was down to some of these that I didn't get it despite being in close proximity to them both!!0

            Years ago I use to take all sorts of supplements, such as creatine and Animal pump etc they were just a waste of money and did nothing for me really as my goal is to build muscle. The supplements I currently take now are simply a multivitamin, coffee(for caffeine kick), protein shakes. Everything else I need in my diet I get from eating food i.e. good fats, potassium, etc..0

            I use Country Life's Adult Chewable Multi-Vitamin because I am bad with pills. I do not take it every day as I do not have a lot of money, and it is really not unnecessary to have extra vitamins all the time - you mostly just pee them out haha. I take them on days when I know I will not get to eat too healthy or if I will be more active than other days.
 I also use Whey Protein powder in smoothies...I got the strawberry flavor so it blends nice with fruits. Again, I do not use this every day. It would get expensive... I use it on days when I will do extra weights in the gym or when I have a low-protein diet (I am a vegetarian.) I should probably use this one a little more, though!0
