    wow!! you look amazing. I have a ton more weight to lose and you are ultimately my goal to where I want to be. I just started weight training this week, I can only hope to get as far as you have.

    I finally got my wife to lift weights. She was always worried about bulking up and I finally convinced her that she won't. This site has really helped. Whenever women post their success stories involving weight lifting, they look wonderful and remain feminine.
