    Mon: 950 calories (450 Threadmill, 400 Elliptical, 100 Stationary Rowing)
    Tue: 380 calories (walking 3.0 mph, moderate pace+ weight training)
    Wed: 1000 calories (500 Threadmill, 300 Elliptical, 100 Stationary Rowing, 100 bycicle)
    Thu: 375 calories (walking 3.0 mph, moderate pace+ Weight training)
    Fri: 1030 calories (540 Threadmill, 260 Elliptical, 130 Stationary Rowing, 100 bycicle)
    Sat: 260 calories (walking 2.5 mph )
    Sun: 431 calories (Kickboxing)

    Yay I exceeded my goal!!! I will do it again and post the beggining of this week a little later

    Tues: 494 calories burned (1 Hour in Gym, split between Recline Bike, Elliptical Trainer and Treadmill)
    Wed: 0 calories burned (unexpected rest day)
    Thur: 215 calories burned (30 mins in Recline Bike)
    Fri: 492 calories burned (1 Hour in Gym, split between Recline Bike, Elliptical Trainer and Treadmill)
    Sat: 178 calories burned (30 mins Walking)
    Sun: 0 calories burned (rest day)

    Total: 1863
    Left to go: 1137

    So Not made it too 3000 in the week but I will try for another goal during what is now this week
