not sure if I qualify Psulemon, since I've been maintaining for over 3 years now. but here you go.
SW - 235 lbs
SBF - about 21% (that's a guess, I didn't check it actually till I was down 20 and I was at about 17%)
CW - 184 lbs
CBF - 11.5% (today, fluctuates between 11 and 12.5 weekly)
Yes, I track exercise calories, I always did, and I eat them, all of them if possible. Although there are days where I work out for 3 or 4 hours generating 1500 or more extra calories, which makes it tough to stuff 4300 calories down my throat, but I try.0 -

Started Aug 2011 - this includes 3 broken bones (@6 wks each out of the gym) and 3 major illnesses that had me out of the gym for 3 to 4 weeks each (per doctors orders).
1. SW - 210 lbs
2. SBF - 43%
3. CW - 190 lbs
4. CBF - 39%

I do the eat clean diet so I vary between 1300 and 1600 cals each day (I eat small portions every 3 to 4 hours until about 7 at night and then once more if I am hungry). I have noticed I tend to want less on heavy work out days and then more the next day. I try to keep my protein at 60 to 90 grams too.0 -

starting weight 198
current weight 175 varies 2pounds
don't have body fat but my stomach is 4" smaller
slight loss in muscular ability was could do 9 pullups before would think I should be able to do more being lighter but I still do 9 pullups I eat back calories most of the time (the exception is if I'm not hungry)
plan is to get to the weight I want sustain it and work on strength training then0 -
