Hi I'm 5'8" and currently weigh 221.4 my goal for now is 160. I started at 260. I was afraid to put more than 100 lbs.. I am larger boned. I would really like to see what I feel like when I get to 160. I'll reassess then and would like to think I could be 135 to 145.

I am just an inch shorter at 5'7" and my starting weight was 168 and my goal weight is 130. I am currently at 132.8 pounds so I can see my goal in sight. When I started I was lucky to fit into a size 12 and now wearing a 4. I try to exericse 5-6 days a week mixing in weights and cardio.

I'm 5'10, when I started on MFP I was 195lbs. My lowest on MFP was 152 and after a long drawn out separation/divorce, i'm now sitting at 170lbs. My GW is 145.0

I'm 5'8" and I currently weight 175, I want to be 150 to 145 but is hard, I have being trying to loose this weight for over a year and loose a few pounds and stop, I'm currently training for a 5K and hoping this helps me to loose some extra weight, Feel free to add me, will love the support0

I am somewhere between 5'7" and 5'8". I broke my leg last year, so when I started to workout again (after taking off longer than my body needed, but I was mentally still really unprepared) I was 151. Now I am 145 with a goal weight of 132--what I weighed on my wedding day 12 years and two kids ago.

I am 5'8". At my heaviest I was 241. I am currently at 198lbs. My goal right now is 160. Once I get there, I will reassess. I know that the weight charts say my healthy weight range is 134 to 164. I think 134 for me is unattainable and/or unrealistic.

I'm somewhere between 5'7 and 5'8 (172cm).
In 2010 I came back from exchange and weighed 182 lb.
Now I've been going to the gym for the past 2.5 months and now weigh 161 lb. By the 1st December, I hope to be around 143 lb. Since I've been going to the gym I've only lost 2lb, but lost heaps of inches around my bust, waist, hips and thighs.
Now my goal is to really watch what I'm eating (I am terrible at snacking/raiding the pantry) to lose excess fat so hopefully the hard work spent at the gym will be able to be seen in a bikini by 1st December.
I'm also new to MFP so I'd be grateful for some new friends on here0 -

Great goal! I'm a size 22 at the moment I cant remember the last time I wore a 14. I'd love to be able to just walk into any clothes shop and know I will be able to find something that fits0
