Attend all 10 bootcamp classes I have signed up for.
Run twice a week at 6am with my running partner.
Track all my meals!0 -
Start cycling a couple times a week.
Keep up the cardio & strength training.
EAT MORE PROTEIN!
Hoping to drop 8-10 lbs. by archery deer season (3 weeks from today).0 -
-Lose 10 lbs!
-Make the most of my calories instead of eating little bits of crap and staying in my calorie range. I want to eat more foods but all healthier.
-Go to the gym AT LEAST 10x this month0 -
September goals are to o complete 30 Day shred (on day 8 today), to drop 10 pounds, and to remember to cook more often. (Granola bar, string cheese and fruit isnt always the best meal)0

Hmmm... I like this!
1) Complete my "New Cardio" Program through to the end - which includes at least 24 sessions in September
2) Stick to a good routine with C25K - including 12 sessions in September
3) Drink at least 10+ cups of water daily
4) Post a positive/gratitude daily - to focus more on all the good there is in my life
5) Burn 25K or more calories in September (shouldn't be hard with goals 1 and 2)
For the first time... in a long time? I find that I'm not focused on the numbers on the scale... And THAT?!? Improvement! I love that realization! LOVE it...0 -

I would like to lose another 5-8 pounds and bump up my average running distance from 2 miles to 3 miles. I slacked off running when I moved to Houston so hopefully it will be an easy trek back up to 3 mi.0

I would like to restart P90X, however until the I get problems fixed at my house that is not an option. So until then I have a fitbit, and I want to hit 10,000 steps per day. Yesterday I made about 13,000. Currently it's 7PM and I've already hit 10,000. And I may go for another walk after dinner.0
