That's awesome! Are you still trying to lose weight or are you on maintenance right now? Or do you keep it at the same level for reference? For example, I have mine set to 1/2 pound a week, even though I've reached my goal and now more into reducing body fat percentage. It helps me to always be in a mild caloric deficit to make up for cheat days.0

I am going to start a bulk this month. I am going to change my calories to a slight surplus with the hopes of adding more muscle. My ultimate goal is to be around 175-180 lean. I figure it will take me about two years to get there.0
