    Walking is my primary form of exercise so please count me in. I've walked 205 minutes so far in Sept. I'll think about my target for the month and update tomorrow. :flowerforyou:

    Late but in.....
    9/1 15 min
    9/2 rest day no gym but worked 12 hrs with lots of walking.
    9/3 20 min
    9/4 20 min.
    I use the walking as a warm up for other exercise.

    Walked 27 minutes today and walked 30 yesterday.

    Walking has become such a pleasure for me and a big part of my weight loss.

    I walked for three hours on 2nd September.

    I plan to walk 3 times a week for at least an hour during September (and visit the gym too). I like to try to get a long walk in at weekends.

    I haven't had time to read the thread, so I apologize if I've missed any questions.

    I did a lot of hiking on Monday. I also got 3 miles in yesterday walking my children to school.

    I'm in for 30 hours for the month...As a single working mom with three kids to get to school, help with homework, and get to bed, it's a challenge, for sure! But it is SOOO worth it to model fitness for my children.

    Okay, I'm in. I'll try to post back with how much I walk either daily or weekly.
    My week so far:

    Sat 9/1: 4 miles at the track
    Sun 9/2: 3 miles at the hiking trail
    Mon 9/3: 20 minutes on the treadmill
    Tues 9/4: ? I don't think I used the treadmill so just what I walked at work (20 minutes on the crossramp)
    Wed 9/5: 6 minutes on the treadmill (so far....)

    I recently had a total hip replacement but I'm at the point where I can start a walking program. So, I'm in. Walked 30 min. today.
