I think I shall make this again tomorrow. I don't even know ow many times I've made it already. LOL. I love that it is a treat and has some decent protein. I know some people aren't into the Spelnda flavor but it works just fine for me.0

Did this. Could not find fat free cream cheese. Used 1/3 less fat Philly. Split recipe between 2 small loaf pans, so I could share with my daughter also on MFP. So each loaf is 1/2 the calories of the recipe. My wife felt it was 'missing' something, so I springled Saigon cinnamon over top and to me it was the final touch. I don't much care for cream cheese unless it is well masked in a really good recipe. This is DELICIOUS!! I cut each loaf in 6 pieces . Works out to 88 cals per slice. Also for me it was better after being in the fridge overnite.
1 Note, I did have to bake it about 60 minutes for it to firm up better. But after it cooled I could remove it from the tin and cut in portions. Will do again! Thanks!
BTW: Mine did look like the picture!0
