    Chicken.
    Bacon.
    Pork Chops.
    Prime Rib.
  • Obviously bacon, how is this even a question.
You know what's great though, in all seriousness? Prosciutto? It's like very thin ham that you can crisp like bacon but that also tastes great raw. I love putting it in carbonara or wrapping it around melon. Om nom nom.

Just learned several days ago that poultry/skinless or otherwise is just as bad as eating beef, ESPECIALLY Grilled! "Live To Eat"

How so? And what exactly do you consider bad about eating beef?

To the OP's question...no real favorite, I like variety. Wild caught king or sockeye pacific salmon that I can get basically fresh is incredible. Pasture raised (preferably organic) beef, free range chicken.

I saw a thread not long ago that compare ground turkey to lean ground beef and there was essentially no difference.. I think the beef had a bit more protein. I have incorporated it back into my diet a bit more. In fact, getting a locally raised, half-cow for the winter next week from a local butcher.

BACON!! I made BSTA (bacon, spinach, tomato, avocado) yesterday & my house still smells like bacon. YUM! It's a beautiful, cool day outside but I don't want to open the windows and air out the house.

None. Zero. Read "The China Study" and "Becoming Vegan". If you want to avoid disease in your life and live a long time, don't eat meat and don't eat dairy!

    This is so hilarious.

Steve Jobs and Michael Clarke Duncan, both vegetarians / vegans and both are dead from diseases.

The China Study has been long debunked and I know nothing of the other book.

And yes, definitely men....no better meat source on Earth. :smokin:

I'm not a big meat eater period, but what I do eat is mostly fish, chicken breast, and turkey breast. My favorite fish is wild salmon closely followed by tuna. I do enjoy some ham during the holidays, but that's about it.

Chicken, it's one of the few things that I know how to make a variety of dishes with. I only learned to cook this year!
