    There are 57 days left until Halloween, so I figure 10 pounds is a good realistic goal.

    Start off by your current weight and your Halloween Goal.

    Our next weigh-in day will be Sept 10th.

    Where will that be.... At my house? LOL... No really, will you make a new thread or will we come back to this one? I'm new at this sorry for the blog 101 questions.

    Probably just keep this one going? When the weigh-in comes along, we will post our starting weight, goal weight, and current weigh in. maybe explain some exercising we did or what we could improve on. Just keep checking back here every Monday.

    I've been fluctuating between 147-150 for two weeks so I'm shooting for 140 for Halloween.

    Well it's weigh-in day! Not sure if many of you guys will remember or not. I have good and bad news. Bad news is - I only lost 1.2 pounds, Good news - I've worked out every day this week (walking, jogging, lifting weights, etc.) I also started the c25k program and feel great! I've been eating most of my burned calories up, so I'm wondering if maybe I shouldn't have eaten so much? Or maybe I'm taking in to many fats and carbs? Might evaluate what I ate last week. Or maybe its my muscle kicking in from running, walking, lifting weights? Any advice? Anyway here it goes:

    Current weight: 149.2

    This week was an off week....Although I feel like I've lost more then 1 lb it didn't show on the scale.......Maybe I should have watched a lil more closely on what I ate....I will do better this week and show it for the next weigh in. :D

    I'm down for the ride :) I don't really want to lose weight for a costume but always hitting a small goal is nice (and sometimes I'm not sure how far out to set them) so I say, let's go :)

    im in. i've been stuck on 168lbs for MONTHS now...i seem to have been maintaining this weight and im getting frustrated.
    im hoping this will help me get motivated and make me exercise more seriously once again.

    Just realized an error - My Halloween goal is 140, not 130. Jeez, that would be a disappointment haha.
