If I lived in the USA it would be the cheese crunchy cheeto's. Man alive, I LOVE those things!
Also, Chinese food
Macdonalds fillet o fish
Cadbury's Wispa bars
Fish & Chips..... the list is endless
But the absolute ultimate is my cheat meal every week...... Chips, then a layer of cheese, then chicken doner meat, then garlic mayo, bought from the kebab shop very conveniently located on the corner of my road, all washed down with proper non-diet coke!0 -
reeses peanut butter cups. I am trying to wean myself away from them, but so far is not working when I am at work. I think work is the trigger for me and I have to work, so I have to exercise more to work the reeses off.
I do allow myself a treat at night. If I don't have enough calories, I exercise until I do if I can. So far that is working for me. The weight is coming off slowly, but at least now it is going down instead of up.0 -

Cheetos Naturals White Cheddar Puffs... Best thing ever, and I use a food scale for everything, and one serving of these is almost a full bowl bc they are so fluffy. I see a full bowl and it makes me feel like I am cheating, even though it is only a 28g. 150 cal serving.
Oh....I might have to try those!0 -

wine, Coke and Pizza
I still have them, but not NEARLY as much as I used to.0 -
My guilty pleasure would be drinking POP, Tim Hortons triple triple coffee, beer and cheetos. I am able to cut down on the pop to maybe once a week or two. The cheetos I can do without. The coffee is a little harder to reduce.0

Panda Express. I AM OBSESSED. But I can never eat it anymore because as soon as I walk in there and smell it, I can't just get the kiddie sized portion like I originally plan. Orange chicken, green bean chicken, steamed rice and chow mein are my WEAKNESS. But it's soooooo bad for you, not to mention over 3 days worth of calories. But I love it so much. So so much.0

I have no guilt where pleasure is involved.
Well, maybe a little. I like singing along to Milli Vanilli, Rick Astley and 80s Cher.0
