    During/After: 153, 29" waist, Now

    Not great pics but i really noticed the difference in the upper body. Not quite done yet, want to get to 150 and stay there.

    Mainly lifting weights ( full body compound lifts 3 times a week ) and diet. I quit updating my ticker a while ago, body fat % reduction is more important to me than weight loss, so it became irrelevant to a degree.
