I like squats. They don't like me. I ALWAYS manage it hurt my knee. I have watched videos on form, tried using a chair and pretending to take a seat, and nothing works. I would really love to join. Suggestions/advice?0

Sure! I did the Call Me Maybe squat challenge on youtube last week and it killed, so this will be a great way to make my leg muscles a bit stronger !0

agreed. it is mad, it's more than crazy. For me it's impossible I guess. But you can never know and it's better to die trying then not to try at all0 -

When I started this journey back in May there were a lot of challenges I thought "no way". Everything is doable!! I may have to stop and take a few breaths along the way but Im gonna get it done!! Ive hiked 1.5 km straight up a mountain side trail, done 500 situps, 500 step ups....like Dory says " just keep swimmin"0 -
