Thanks for this! I like the idea of this challenge, but didn't want to do it if it sets me up for failure. I had never heard of doing so many squats before! If 200 is doable, I will certainly be able to do 160 after a month.
Will a group be created or do we just search from the community page when we want to post our squats?0 -
