    Here is a good website that helps you increase squats in a safe way. http://www.twohundredsquats.com/week1.html
    It is very do able. There are other programmes also to help increase push ups ect.

    Thanks for this! I like the idea of this challenge, but didn't want to do it if it sets me up for failure. I had never heard of doing so many squats before! If 200 is doable, I will certainly be able to do 160 after a month. :)

    Will a group be created or do we just search from the community page when we want to post our squats?

    I used that website and really liked it. The last day I did it, I managed 300 squats so it's totally doable.

    I'm in for this challenge as well.

    I'm in. I thought it seemed like a lot, too, but I have realized that my physical limitations were all, in reality, mental. My body created a whole other living being AND nourished it for 6 full months and well beyond that. This is just squats.


    LOVE THIS! Every hard thing I've done since labor, I've thought "This is nothing compared to delivering my babies. Really made me feel like I could do anything."
