    Oddly enough I have a dentist appointment on Halloween. I love eating candy so it would be a good reward if I eat healthily until then. I want to lose 5-10 lbs.

    Game on! No costume for me, however I might be in a few pics with my boys on Halloween. I have a mini goal to be -20 lbs by next fri sept 14th, so I will go from there. Let's make it 12.5 lbs lost by our due date of Halloween. Also, just did day one of C25K.

    Argh! Here we go....

    The above was start date. I have reached my goal mini goal a bit early so I hope to keep the momentum going. Have a reward weekend in two days, going to a concert with husband. Can't wait!

    After 1 week I've dropped .5 lbs. Not bad. Hope it's a whole pound next week! Great job everyone!

    I weigh in on Thursdays (with another group) but I'm down to 144. 4 more to go before Halloween.

    When I started in July: 160

    GW:125-130 (depending on strength training)

    I work out most days. I may have 2 days out of the month I skip. I bike, jog, walk, and do 30DS. I eat back most of my calories burned.

    I am starting late but would love to particiapate! I just got back from two weeks of vacation and did not concentrate on exercise or what I was eating at all. This is just the boost I need to get back on track! Thank you for the inspiration.

    I'm in for 10lbs by Halloween!

    Not because I'm going on a cruise orrr that I want to look svelt in a costume but this small challenge will keep me on track :)

    That's my goal too. I am currently involved in another more long term challenge, but this is my first short term goal. Good luck everyone. work hard, back away from the halloween candy! you can do it!

    Ugh!! I am going in the wrong direction!! My weight today is 170.4!!! I am hoping it is because I weighed myself in the evening instead of in the morning the way I usually do, but.... I know I haven't exactly been great with my eating and working out. Maybe this will help me stay a bit more focused this week.
