Disabled, so doing them without weights.

Question - I feel it in the front of my thighs.. is this normal? I slightly remember doing squats years ago and the back of my thighs and bum were sore - not the fronts?!?!0 -

Good luck to all of you! I just did a September Squat Challenge starting on September 1 with 25 and increasing by 5 every day. Today is Day 26 and I just did 150! Feels so good! On the 30th I will be at 170 squats!!!!
It feels like such an amazing accomplishment when you get to the end of the month...and my butt and quads are so TIGHT now!!! I'm pretty sure that even when the month ends, I will be doing at least 100 of them a day! :drinker:0 -
