Starting to feel it in my thighs!!
I will be away tonight, tomorrow and sun, coming home monday, and only have access to MFP on my phone, which means i can't post on forums, so i'll have to post days 6, 7, and 8 all when i get home...but i'll still do them! I made sure to do my 30 this morning so i could post though! :happy:0 -
I know that I haven't been on here, but I have been doing my squats every day....adding 5 per day....today was a little rough, but I did all 30....hope everyone is able to continue with their squats. I can def feel it in my thighs...have a good day everyone0
