    This is my first time doing this challenge. I would like to do 40 walking miles and 50 biking miles to start. I just got back from the gym and logged 1.5 walking miles and 3.5 biking miles. :) Excited for this challenge!

    Since it's my first time doing this challenge, I'll set my goal for 50 miles. I know we can ALL meet our goals, as long as we try.

    Okay this is my first challenge .... do pedometer miles count (just typical daily walking)? And I use an Arch trainer in the gym. Do those miles count? Or does it just have to be running miles?

    I am joining this challenge. My 70 miles will consist of the time that I actually take out for exercise. I try to get in two walks a day, so hopefully I will meet my goal.
