First timer, put me down for a 60 mile option, as I know that's about 100km. Don't think my treadmill does Miles. Was going to take 50 miles, so I hope the extra 10 does not kill me....lol0

My first challenge. I'm going with 100 miles!!!!! Now to figure out how to put my tracker on MFP.

dino please put me down for 20 miles this month.....i'm not officially able to workout until 4-6 weeks after my surgery (9/21) but i will be trying to do a little walking a few days a week just to keep me sane.....i CAN NOT WAIT TO WORK OUT AGAIN.....0
