    Ok, here is what I have done....and will continue to do so. I missed one day, which was Saturday, but started right on track the next day. Hate to say it, but I only got 25 squats in this morning, but will do the other 25 this afternoon when I get home from work. Also, did my wii this morning....Going away the middle of the month so will have to keep up with it, while I am away..... We are going away to see our son who is going to afghanistan in November. He wants us to come see him while he can take a few days off and not when he can't spend any time with us....
