Smoothie - ! scoop of powder, various fruits, a bit of milk for texture, flax, and either cinnamon or grated ginger.
Or, on a weekend/big workout day, I do 3 scrambled eggs with peppers, mushrooms, cheese, sausage, onions, garlic, etc...0 -
It's either Special K chocolate cereal with skim milk or greek yogurt. I'm a fan of oatmeal as well.
If I'm lucky enough to have some fruit laying around, I'll eat strawberries, banana, and raspberries. Those are my favorites0 -

I'm never very hungry at breakfast so I keep it small to save me calories for later in the day.
Normally I have one of the 3
1. 4 Egg Whites w/ Siracha 68 calories & 14 grams of proetain
2. 1 Cup Cheerios w/ Half Cup of Unsweet Vanilla Almond Milk 120 Calories
3. Special K Vanilla Almond on a "cheat morning" w/ Vanilla Almond Milk- 130 Calories, it' the 9 grams of sugar that makes the feel like cheating and the fact that I can never eat the 110 cal serving of 3/4th a cup because it's as addictive as crack haha
4. Peanut Butter Cliff Bar- 250 Calories I only eat these on days I'm going to go on a run during my lunch break bc they are super high carb 40 carbs, which is great for a few hours before a run, not so much on a regular day0 -
Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal with a cup of tea and a glass of water.
I highly recommend that oatmeal, it is very yummy and has about 6g of protein and 7g of fiber, if I remember correctly. It's only 160 calories per packet but it fills you up and keeps you full for a long time.0 -

I've tried eating cereal and it fills me up for about 5 minutes, its really not the best thing for breakfast. Try something with more protein and it will keep you full til lunchtime. I like 2 whole eggs, a couple slices Bacon or some deli sliced ham. Sometimes I eat that on an English muffin. Only about 210-320 cals depending on if you eat the English muffin.0 -
a 6oz container of Chobani greek yogurt, sometimes a piece of fruit

I never do cereal except for as a snack. it's simply not filing at all.
For me I need around 400cal to feel satisfied for breakfast. Will usually do some combination of 2 or 3 eggs plus coffee with half and half and some other food like oatmeal with walnuts. Today I did a chocolate protein shake with almond milk, greek yogurt banana and peanut butter.
