    I don't drink coffee, just herbal teas and Pero (a barley drink you make like instant coffee)...but I'll pull up a chair anyway.

    I lost over 20 pounds and that was with still drinking my coffees. 3-4 a day made with hi lo milk.

    I drink black coffee all day, it's 0 calories but after about 5 cups it starts to taste like the *kitten* hole of a dead cow !

    I prefer my coffee black. If I visit my dad, he and I can drink up some coffee. However, I try to keep it to three cups a day, which is about two mugs for me.
