    I've tried and failed several times to quit...but my one true love cannot be let go...I actually like the smell more than the taste and can't do more than 24 oz a day...the heart palpitations are a killer!

    I admit--- I am addicted to COFFEE! I have to consume at least 32 oz prior to noon to keep moving! With an 18 month old who wakes up 2-6 times per evening....COFFEE is a must for me! I did cut out the creamer---so I drink it black with sweet n low! What do all of you love about coffee? Happy Friday to all!

    People who don't know me are told to look for the chick with the zebra stripped coffee mug .... or the glass of wine ... depending on what time it is!

    I bow to those that drink it black, alas I am too weak for the full bold taste but add soymilk and Splenda and I'm rockin' it.

    Love It! Coffee is my addiction! It helps me relax. I find that when I have coffee before bed, I sleep better. Does not keep me awake. :)
