    holy s***! what an accomplishment and great example for your kids! you know, i hate when people say this but im gonna say it in this situation....you have brought the beauty out in yourself! the before pics are not that attractive *cough cough* sorry...but ur afters , WOW! body aside(which is amazing enough on its own!), your face is lit up, you look truely happy and just ooze confidence! thats sexy! wtg mama!

    What an inspiration! You look 20 years younger at least. I showed your pics to my daughter and all she could say was, "WOW!" Love the pic of you and your daughter in your old jeans.

    You are amazing! I needed to see this today, being insulin dependent diabetic and over 40 makes losing weight seems daunting to me and yet here you are proof it can be done, slow, steady, hard work, determination, so very happy for you reaching this milestone and regaining your health! :heart:

(and from the sounds of it, you feel it, too!) i must say you look so very youthful these days, to boot! a lot of times folks with incredible weight loss have the saggy, older than their years appearance (still worth it, take it from me as i am a case in point) but, man! i am jealous! you are STUNNING! <3<3n-
