    I weighed in yesterday but have not had a moment to post my result since. I am delighted to say that after another week of eating 1700 calories a day instead of 1300 I have lost 1lb. Only 4 to go to goal weight!

    Well done everyone. Keep up the good work. Even if you did not lose this week do not lose heart. You will get there if you keep up with your diet and sensible eating plans. For those of you who have not lost you might want think about increasing or decreasing your calorie intake by 100 provided that you do not go below your BMR.

    First off again this week - and I have lost 4.3lbs! WARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! So happy, I'd stalled slightly last couple of weeks but kept eating right and reminding myself that weightloss isn't linear.

    Thanks for all the support from everyone on here :)

    Gained 1lb, I'm going to blame it on the bloat...i ran like a daemon this morning tho, damn that lb!

    SW on 5/17/12 = 192 lbs
    started MFP in July at 178 lbs
    CW = 155 lbs

    Loss this week = 4 lbs

    For me this is a lot of weight in one week, but when I look back I see I was hovering at the same level for several weeks, so it all evens out.

    Only down 1lb from my last weight in
    155lb
    it's 3 lbs down from last week monday but only 1 from last week fri.

    Having tucked into cakes, biscuits and chocolate on Wednesday of this week it can as no surprise that I had gained weight this week. Thankfully it is only 1.6lb but I need to be more focused in the next week s that I do not gain more.

    Well done to all the losers and maintainers.

    Gained a pound this week for no reason that I can pinpoint. Hopefully this means I'll have a nice big loss next week!

    I weigh in on Fridays, I'm down 1 pound since last week. I feel like I’m losing weight very very slow but I'm glad losing not gaining :)

    Hi I weigh Friday morning and this is my first week of TurboFire and being good on MFP!! I Lost 5lbs!! SO SO happy with that....the first 5 of many more to fall off!!

    Hi~ I'm actually down 6 lbs since last Friday! I'm just getting started, so I'm certain it's water weight, but thrilled about it nonetheless!

    plateau this week, only a marginal .2 loss, but a total of 20 lbs so far in two months.

    Down another 3lb making my total since joining mfp 8/6/12 22.4 down. WHOO HOO!

    Yippee!! I have lost 1lb this week, if I can just keep focused for 4 more weeks and lose 1lb a week I might finally get to goal. Hopefully my new Fitbit Ultra will keep me focussed and moving more.
