    Linear says I'm 15%. I think I like that one better but I think it's wrong.

    41 years old and 5'3.5". Started at 35% in January. Now I'm around 24%. That's with a 25 pound weight loss too.

    Both gym assessments gave me between 3-5%.

    Explains why I'm so damn cold all the time...

    5'6"
    203 lbs
    31.8% body fat

    I started 4 months ago at 44% body fat and 252lbs, so it's come down a lot, but am hoping to get within 20-25 within the next 6 months.

    I bought a body fat scale about halfway into this weightloss. when I got it it said that my bodyfat was 47%. Six months later I have lost about 40 lbs and it still hovers round the 45 - 46%. What's that about?:noway:

    I am 5'11" and 193 lbs.

    26%, according to my scales. Could be about right, compared to the picture you posted.

    How does the 45% woman have a thigh gap!? I'm around 26% and no thigh gap, haha.

    Getting my body fat % checked on the 30th, looking forward to it.

    It's not a thigh gap, her feet aren't together.

    According to my scale and the navy method I'm ~23%.

    I haven't officially tested mine... but, one test I took online said 32%. It's probably more like 45%. Working toward 20 to 25%, though.
  • should be about 8%.. hopefully

    It is around 17%. Measured by calipers, it was actually a bit lower but I upped to account for user error.

    Military Body Fat Calculator: 12.8%
    Electrical Impedance Hand-Held Device: 12.8%

    I was surprised they both came out exactly the same. lol.

    I don't have much in the way of muscle though. Goal is to get under 10% and then up calories to start gaining muscle.

    According to online calculators it's 20%, but I'm pretty sure that's lower than it actually is. I'm curvy so I'm sure I'm more around 25%

    Mine is 25.6 from what I can figure. Hoping to get down to at least 21 like I once was. I'm a 49 yr. old female.

    Found this info on the site that did my calculation -

    Underweight = <18.5
    Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
    Overweight = 25–29.9
    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
