Wow thanks!!! I do tricep, bicep, and shoulders separately but I also work back and chest and that probably does arms too. I lift heavy and one workout, like say I was only doing shoulders would be overhead press 5 sets of 10 reps, cable pull on the side like 100 without stopping but switching sides every 10 and then I use free weights like 12.5 pounds and hold them in front of my thighs and stick my arm straight out, then the other arm, etc. Over head press I currently warm up at 40 pounds but I can complete some sets with 60 pounds even if I have to lower it to 50 and finish the set.
