            typebut put the IMG in lower case img 0
- 
            I use photobucket then the img picture and change the capital IMG for small caps img and it works x0
- 
            Add the pictures to photobucket.com
 then copy the IMG link and change0

            I am not sure how you post photos on here 
 1)http://imgur.com
 2)Upload the picture
 3)After it uploads copy the "Direct link" (usually ending in jpg/gif/png etc)
 4)Come to the forums and paste the link within IMG tags (The letters IMG MUST be lowercase or it will NOT work) (The letters IMG MUST be lowercase or it will NOT work)
 If the image is cut off on here
 Do steps 1 & 2 above
 Then on the upload page look for a blue link in the top-ish right that says "edit image"
 On the next page you should see two boxes with numbers in them. Change the first number to 600px or less.
 Click "Apply" then "Save"
 Then do steps 3 & 4 above

            I am at work so am unable to access any pics, but there are some in my profile. I started at 332-tight size 24W and am currently 216-comfortable size 14. Looking to get to 175.0

 Anyone can. Its hard but doable. Calorie deficit and lifting and a bit of cardio.

            Here's a 15 pound loss on a small, 5'1" frame. From 130ish to 115ish. I've since dropped down 3% body fat, and about 7 pounds.  0 0

            I'm the fat redhead in the pink sweat shirt at about 230 lbs. 
 And now. Well not now..this was taken in August, I have toned up a lot more since then but close enough! I'm currently 151 lbs but about 166 in this photo. Oh and I'm 5' 11"

 Wow thanks!!! I do tricep, bicep, and shoulders separately but I also work back and chest and that probably does arms too. I lift heavy and one workout, like say I was only doing shoulders would be overhead press 5 sets of 10 reps, cable pull on the side like 100 without stopping but switching sides every 10 and then I use free weights like 12.5 pounds and hold them in front of my thighs and stick my arm straight out, then the other arm, etc. Over head press I currently warm up at 40 pounds but I can complete some sets with 60 pounds even if I have to lower it to 50 and finish the set.                        0 I do tricep, bicep, and shoulders separately but I also work back and chest and that probably does arms too.
