Not the best photos. The first one was about eight years ago, my weight was pretty much the same as when I signed up with MFP on February 2 of this year. This last picture was taken last week while I was helping Habitat for Humanity. Can't really see me with the hat on but you get the idea.0

A few months before I hit my high weight, but the only bathing suit photo I have close to there, and today.
About a month before I decided to get fit, and about 2 months ago.
And for fun, a trip in the Way Back Machine. At 19 years old, and 40 years old, in the same costume. I weigh a good 20+ pounds more now.
To lose weight, I ate following MFP's guidelines. 1350-1500 plus exercise calories, so usually between 1800-2000 total. Currently, I'm eating about 10% below TDEE Monday - Friday (about 2100 calories) to give myself wiggle room on weekends. I'm following Stronglifts 5x5 weight lifting plan and run 3-6 miles three times a week on non-lifting days.0

My before and after (current, actually, nowhere near "done") pictures were not planned, so they don't show my full body. I hated having my picture taken, still do, but this is what I came up with..
