mine was a 1978 VW Rabbit (Wolfsburg). like the one below, but mine was light blue. got it in HS.

    i know. it's weird how much we all remember our first cars fondly, even though they were usually used hand-me-downs full of rust. i think it's because those cars meant real FREEDOM for the first time in our lives.

    1989 Toyota pick-up truck. Learned to drive stick in it on our little dirt road. My Daddy's 'little red buddy'-- Loved that thing.

    i called mine "the blue blur". i had another HS buddy with a beat up green Toyota we called "the green streak". the funniest name was for another HS buddy who had a real beat up POS sedan with a coat hangar for a radio antenna and mismatched paint. we called that, "the space debris". :laugh:

    1971 Ford Bronco. No power steering, no power brakes, 3-on-the-tree shifter.....aka "The Beast". We sold it to a guy who works on Hollywood movie sets. He restored it & uses it to move movie stars' trailers around the sets.

    OH LORD. This photo is so embarassing I'm in blue obviously, and don't look at how gross I look I had just gotten out of the pool. My first car was a 99 (they called in blue, i say silver) 4 door acura integra with leather interior. I LOVED that car and I had it until July when it decided to crap out on me and almost get me killed on the highway!

    A hand-me-down-every-panel-was-dented red Renault Alliance. Every single paycheck I earned went toward fixing that piece of crap :grumble: and it only seemed to need repairs on paydays :huh:

    My first car was my dads 1971 Pontiac Lemanns...it was bright blue with cream color leather and NO power steering haha fun times learning to drive in that!!

    I have a 1990 Dodge Shadow.

    It was white with pink trim.

    Almost like the one in this picture.

    Bought it used for like $800 bucks back in 2003.

    when i had the '86 Pulsar I put PULSAR NX in white vinyl across the top of the windshield, NISSAN in vinyl along the top of teh back window. White pinstriping across the defogger lines on the back window and a white pinstripe heartbeat design along the driver and passenger door.

    The next day I got pulled over and the cop said "what were you thinking" and i had to rip it all off for obstruction of view..lol

    1996 red Ford Taurus. Didn't have it very long, though.

    First one I spent any real time driving was my 1996 Volvo 850 GLT sedan with a sunroof :) Loved that car, and miss it dearly!
