    Damn!!! Based on my current "look," I'm between Endo and Meso... using these charts... So the question is:

    Is it possible to change your bodytype through effective diet and exercise?

    No, it is not possible to change your body type. An Ectomorph and Mesomorph can still build muscles, get cut up and become a body builder. Think of it as a tendancy rather than a shape. I have been trying to become leaner looking and have stopped lifting(lift once a week), but my body bulks up very quickly.

    Im ecto-meso and wouldnt change it for the world. Granted Im a chick - but - being the best version of yourself that you can be is always gratifying - no matter what style your man body comes in. We appreciate all of them babe.

    I find the biggest problem in being a Mesomorph is that people judge you as a jock. People always ask if you played football :laugh:

    I like Endo the best, my husband is an endo. You picked a lot of hot guys though. It's hard to say which type is best from your pictures. There are a lot of hot guys out there, no matter what body type.

    I like to look at the muscley bodies but i wouldnt want a man one. I like my men to be "cuddly", dont mind a bit of a pot belly. Not into hard skin/abs and muscle.
