    Think I might have pushed too hard with a few Short running intervals at the start-feeling little muscle pulling on left side where the fluid kept building up-just hoping It doesn't accumulate and need to be aspirated. Pissed at myself but glad I listened to my body and slowed back down. Just walking to finish out October and maybe a week or so into November.

    12 wk Princess half training plan doesnt start until 12/2 so I have time to Build back up my endurance and pace before then and still give myself time to heal 100%

    6.56/20 complete

    13.44 miles to reach 20 before 10/31. I can do it with just walking for sure.

  • +1.75 brisk walk on the treadmill this evening. While I *reeeally* wanted to run tonight, I am listening to my body and holding back on rest days. Besides, I should be back at my running pace tomorrow.

    I'm glad to see my new MFP friends meeting their MY@ goals. I'm knocking on the door of my own goal!
