    I stepped out for a bit after posting this, I can't tell you all enough how much I appreciate the comments! I was shocked to see 11 pages when I got back! Thanks to everyone for the nice messages, it means a lot!

    I know I got quite a bit of questions in my inbox and in this thread, so I will get to all of those after I do my workout this afternoon.

    Unfreaken Believable...... I be you didn't even think you could get that small. Good for you. I was proud of taking off a little over 60lb but you should feel like you are on top of the mountain. When you switch to a healthy lifestyle things just all in place.
