Keep them coming gals. Seeing this thread encouraged me to finally take the dreaded "before" photos. Really, mine wont be anywhere near as significant as most, since I don't want to lose, but rather firm up and get my butt back where it should be. But this thread showed me that I really did want to be able to see my progress, and showed me how much the photos really aid in that. You girls are absolutely amazing.0

Anyone can. Its hard but doable. Calorie deficit and lifting and a bit of cardio.

So, I am still only 1/3 of the way there, but I'm starting to see progress - for example, I have a chin now. This is my first time posting pics, so fingers crossed!

Don't know if this will work (photo upload). ~this is my watch me shrink photo which I started in January this year. I look at this every now and again and get a little rush. I have a little more to go and lots of toning required. Need to start on weights but I don't want to go to the gym.

Here's me. I need to work on getting some better "after" pictures done but I'm still doing a little bit of work. I went from 170-ish to 128ish

One year October 27th. 57 years old and 57 lbs, long story short, healthy eating, and lots of exercise. Had some surgery in the summer so it slowed me down. Started at 238, current 181 and still working toward another 15-20 and lots of toning in the 2nd year.0 -
