I'm in! I've been struggling with this particular five pounds for the past two months. October will be the CAN DO month!

After losing 60 pounds, I was in the grocery store and ran into an old boss I worked with two years before...she had no idea who I was!!! Thrilling and spooky all at once!!!0 -

Don't give up. Reasses your calorie intake. I went up and down all month too and when I went up I took a look at my journal entry and recalculated my BMR and exactly how much calories I'm suppose to be eating for my weight. Good Luck0 -

10/15: 141...BOO!!!!! I had one cheat day. First night away from the baby in 10 months. But c'mon...i worked sooo hard the rest of the time. Ugh....have to work EXTRA hard these next couple weeks. to make the 5lbs.
10/22: 140 UGH!!!! And I thought losing 5lbs in a month would be easy!! I have to lose 2lbs this week or I won't make it.

Definitely need to get this train back on the track, I am so hating the 270's and cannot seem to get rid of them. I had planned to be in the 250's by now and it is not happening so change of pace is in order. But at least I am 3 pounds lighter than I when the month started so that's a plus. Just for fun: Given that this is October with the fun event called Halloween, what is the spookiest, eeriest, most frightening or just plain bizzare thing that has happened to you since you started to lose weight?
Going through photos at my in laws house saw a picture of myself several years ago at what was probably my highest weight. THAT was scary!!! Won't go back there again (to the weight not the in-laws house).
