I'm new to this but very interested in pushing myself so if you guys don't mind I'm just going to step in and play catch up a little.

It's a good thing I upped my goal this week. My department got a free work-sponsored lunch yesterday, and afterwards I looked up the calories. UGH. I thought I was being good by skipping the bacon, cheese, and egg on my hamburger, but the french fries were over 650 calories! I should have skipped them and enjoyed bacon instead, since it has fewer calories and tastes better.

Good job to everyone so far! Did anyone else succumb to the $2 burritos at Chipotle last night? So good, but so many calories. Can't believe the tortilla alone has 290 calories!
I biked some extra last night, but I'm not going to count it because I don't really know how far I went, and it all got cancelled out by that burrito anyway. Assuming tomorrow goes as scheduled (kettlebells and bike commuting), looks like I just need to bike about 8 miles over the weekend to accomplish my goal. Woo!
