Back in 2001-2002 I lost 80 pounds. Then regained 90. In 10/08 got serious again and have now lost 80...............again.0

I have lost over 100 lbs three times in the past. Currently have lost 53 lbs and will get down at least another 50. Always top out a little over 300 lbs then I just get too uncomfortable in my body and start losing. I am going to try and keep it off this time. At 40 it is just too hard physically to be that fat.0

I went from 296 down to 210. Plateaued there for a while and eventually gave up. I gained back all the weight, plus another 40 pounds. My weight is on it's way back down and I plan to stay down this time.0

I lost 68 lbs in 2007 in 7 mos. Put it all back on over the next 4 yrs PLUS an additional 20 lbs. I learned my lesson big time! I've lost 45 now but I kinda feel like I'm just making up for those boomerang pounds that bounced back. I'll be really happy when I get back down to 268 lbs like I had in '07.0

Was 210 before, went to almost 170. I stopped working out, then ballooned to 245 after three years, then now I'm down to 210.0

I lost 70 pounds when I was 15 and got down to 140 lbs. The weight only stayed off for about a year. I'm 19 and I currently weigh 193... So for now I'm trying to get back down to the 140's again0

Well - ALL of it, I guess! I lost 90 pounds (went from 220 to 130) wayyyy back in the early 80's. Gained back up to 290 (that was in 1995). I'm now down to 246.0

I was 210 lbs and went down to 155 lbs. Then slowly crept back up to 200 after two years...got pregnant...packed on 50 more pounds! Now I'm down to 185 lbs. still have 30 lbs to go! hard for me to stay on track now though, even with a wedding coming up. Grrr0

In 2005 I started doing Kickboxing and eating better and lost 30 (I'd say I went from 190-160), then I met an ex and gained 10 of it back, then we broke up and I gained another 20 over 4 years (Just got comfortable with life). In 2010 I decided it was time to get all of it back off and a bit more - I'm now 147 and trying to maintain staying below 150.0

I started losing weight about 18 months ago....I started at 304 then got all the way down to 145....I don't know what's wrong with me but been binging on junk and now I'm up to 178...stupid me0

I've lost 40 pounds and put it back on (plus), TWICE. I guess you could say I'm currently in round three.
I went from 160-120 when I was 18. Then I went from 194-150 about 4 years ago. Now I'm 180.6, on my way back down from 194 yet again. *sigh*0 -
Most weight lost - 32 lbs. (at age 45)
Most weight gained back - 38 lbs. (over the past few years, I'm now 57)
The reasons:
-stopped paying attention to what I was eating
-ate for emotional reasons
- was injured a year ago and had to stop exercising and need to get started again!
Now I'm starting again.... glad for the support on MFP!0 -
Between 2002 and 2004 I lost a total of 90 pounds. I went from 234 to 144.
By 2007 I had crept up to 165, after I got married.
Then I got pregnant. And I gained 70 pounds.
I got down as far as 175.
Had a miscarriage. Crept back up to 188.
Got pregnant again and gained 45 pounds with that.
I started MFP last month at 203 and I'm down to 195.
I will be happy if I can get to 150, so I've got 45 pounds to go!0
