Made my goal in October! I'm going to keep my goal at 70 again this month. That seems to be my magic number. :-D
By the way, this is *STILL* the best Challenge thread in all of MFPdom!

I would like to join - This is perfect, I am trying to start up my running again but at the begining of my walk run stage. I run/walk on my treadmill in the mornings - but I also walk in the evenings with a walk buddie (who can't run but we walk at a very good pace.
I think setting my goal at 60 would encourage me to do more on my own in the morning.
This morning - I did 2 miles.

Goal Miles: 50
Miles as of 11/1: 4.5 (elliptical)
Miles to go: 45.50 -
11-1 1.7 sprint intervals + .5 swim
Total 2.10 -
New to the thread. Put down 55 last month. Upping my goal to 75 miles this month.

I am challenging myself to 50 miles.
I am following the c25k program (started 3 days ago, today was my second day) so 50 miles seemed like a good starting place!0 -

okay, last month was my first try and I ended with 57 miles!!! I can't believe I made it that many miles in just 31 days!
I am determined to be at 100 miles in a month by January, so this month I am increasing the distance.
I am going to walk/job 75 miles. Hopefully, I'll surpass this goal like I did last month's goal!
Today, I kicked off the month with 2 miles!
1/2 mile work commute and 1 1/2 mile training session.

This will be an active month. Recovery time is over and now I'm back into getting fit mode :-)
