I weigh on Fridays also, this week has been hard. Had to deal with my ill father in law had to take him to ER this week and then my wife and I had to go through my mom's things with my dad as she passed away in July and my emotions were all over the place. So what did I do I ate. I am sorry for the downer reply I guess I just needed to vent. Tomarrow is the start of another week and all I can do is to get right back on program.:frown:0

Well done all of you who have lost weight. Tommiez I hope you have a less stressful week this week and look forward to reading your post next week.
I m not sure why because I have eaten within my calories and have exercised more this week, but I have gained 2.2lb this week. I am treating this as a temporary blip and trying not to get too down about it in the hope that it will be gone by next Friday.0 -
Forgot to record this yesterday, but I was down to 153. This means, now I'm in the "healthy BMI" range. I know that's not the whole story but I'm sure pleased to be there!0

I am down 0.6lb this week. I am pleased with this as I had a chocolate cake fest on Wednesday and had thought that the scales would be up on last week.

Sandy came through and power was out for 3 days. My options were very limited regarding diet. And of course you wake up on weigh in day with that wonderful monthly bloat

Despite a fairly indulgent time last weekend I have been able t stay within my calorie allowance and have exercised most days this week. It thankfully has paid off and I have she'd a further 0.9lb.0
